We do not sell your personal information. Where advertising partners' use of identifiers is treated as a "sale" or "share" under California law, you can opt out using the cookie controls below.

You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking advertising cookies doesn't remove ads; it makes them less relevant.
Service providers who host the site, deliver email, measure traffic and serve advertising, each only to the extent needed for that job. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the service against abuse.
Scores, standings and headlines come from third-party sports data providers and publishers. Loading their images or following their links means those parties may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.
Contact messages: two years. Server logs: 90 days. Analytics: 26 months in aggregate form. Account data: until you delete the account, then 30 days in backups.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to processing, or to opt out of targeted advertising. Write to admin@victoryindex.com and we will respond within the time your law allows. We'll ask you to verify your identity first.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to systems is limited to people who need it, and credentials are rotated. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.
