By using VictoryIndex you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.

2. What we provide

We publish scores, schedules, standings and the Victory Index rating. The service is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy but we do not guarantee it: third-party feeds lag, correct themselves, and occasionally get things wrong. Official league records are the authority, not this site.

3. Not betting advice

Nothing on this site is a prediction, a tip, or advice on any wager. Victory Index ratings describe games that have already been played. Any decision you make with money is yours alone. If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-522-4700.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site. Ratings are available as a licensed feed — ask us.
• Don't republish our ratings or tables as your own, in whole or in substantial part.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

The Victory Index methodology, the ratings it produces, the site design and all editorial content are owned by VictoryIndex and protected by copyright. Team names, logos and league marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team, conference or the NCAA.

6. Third-party links and advertising

Pages carry advertising and link out to other sites, including news publishers. We don't control that content and aren't responsible for it. Advertising placement never affects a team's rating.

7. Accounts

If you create an account you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VictoryIndex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including losses connected to reliance on any score, rating or statistic published here.

9. Governing law
